2. Personal data we collect
Details you give us. When you use a form, chat window or registration page on our website, request a call back, book a consultation, register for a webinar, raise a service request, apply for a career opening or ask to become a partner, we collect what you enter, for example your name, email address, mobile number, city, the service you are interested in, your message, and (for job applications) your resume and work history. If you create an account, we also collect your registration details and login credentials.
Investor and KYC details. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to onboard and service you under SEBI and AMFI rules, such as PAN, date of birth, address, bank account details, nominee details, occupation, income range and your investment and transaction details. Much of this is collected through regulated platforms, KYC registration agencies, asset management companies (AMCs) and registrars, and not only through our website.
Social media and advertising. If you submit a lead or instant form on Facebook or Instagram, the platform passes the answers you submit (for example your name, phone number, city and investment range) to us. If you comment on our posts or message us, for example by commenting a keyword such as “REVIEW”, we may reply publicly and/or send you a message, and we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up. We only access comments and messages on our own pages and accounts.
Technical data. When you visit our website we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent and the page that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
Communication records. We may keep records of our communication with you, such as emails, WhatsApp messages, chat transcripts and call notes, so we can serve you better and meet our compliance obligations.
3. Why we use your personal data
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation or portfolio review and provide the services you ask for.
- To open and service your investments, process transactions and meet KYC, AML, SEBI, AMFI and tax requirements.
- To send you information, updates and reminders about our products and services, and investor-education content.
- To run and improve our website, apps and content, and to measure how our marketing performs.
- To handle complaints, detect and prevent fraud or misuse, and protect our legal rights.
- To process job and partner applications.
4. Consent, calls and messages
We process your personal data with your consent, or where the law permits or requires it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see section 10); withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires.
When you ask us to contact you or begin account opening with us, you authorise us to call, SMS, email or WhatsApp you about your request and our services for up to 12 months, even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC. You can ask us to stop at any time.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- AMCs, registrars and transfer agents, KYC registration agencies, depositories, exchange and transaction platforms, and other regulated entities involved in your investments.
- Technology and service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, analytics (Google), chat and messaging tools (including the chat widget on our site, Meta and WhatsApp) and email services. They may use your data only to provide services to us.
- Our team members, branches and authorised partners who need it to serve you.
- Regulators, courts, law-enforcement agencies and professional advisers when required by law or to protect our rights.
Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside India. We take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site, and our chat widget may set its own cookies. Where we use advertising or measurement tools from Meta or Google, they may also set cookies to measure the results of our campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
7. Social media platforms and third-party links
Our website and posts may link to third-party sites such as AMFI, SEBI, AMCs and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them. When you interact with us on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube or X, the platform’s own privacy policy also applies.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to service your account, and to meet legal, regulatory, tax and audit requirements, including SEBI and AMFI record-keeping rules. After that we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We use reasonable security practices and procedures, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your login details confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
10. Your rights and how to use them
Under the DPDP Act and other applicable law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
- correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent to marketing calls, messages and emails;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity; and

11. Deleting your data
To have your personal data deleted, including any details we received through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, email connect@investspherewealth.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name and mobile number or email you used. We will delete it from our systems unless the law requires us to keep it (for example KYC and transaction records of investors), and we will confirm once done. You can also delete your own comments on our social media posts at any time from the platform.
12. Children
Our services are meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. Where a parent or legal guardian invests on behalf of a minor, we collect the minor’s details from the guardian as required by law.
